I’m Alyssa, a proud Texas born woman from San Antonio, TX, and the founder of this unique mobile dry bar ​business. After spending many years in the banking industry, I realized I was feeling burnt out and unfulfilled. ​The monotony of explaining the difference between APR and APY one too many times pushed me to seek ​something more aligned with my passion and creativity.

I discovered my true calling while organizing creative employment activities, corporate parties, and various ​events. The joy and fulfillment I felt from seeing people enjoy themselves at these events, especially when they ​complimented the food and drinks I prepared coupled with my creative designs and ideas felt unparalleled.

It was these experiences that inspired me to put myself first and embark on a completely new venture that is ​vastly different from baking and brings me immense joy.

You are probably asking yourself “how did you come up with the name ‘Coyote Black’ ”? Well this name holds ​special meaning for me. The first part coyote, is a symbol deeply rooted in San Antonio culture, reminds me of ​home. While the second part “black” represents the noir of life, adding a touch of elegance and mystery to our ​brand.

Important Info

In the state of Texas, alcohol permits are currently only issued to permanent physical addresses. Due to this ​regulation, we provide all our clients with a comprehensive list of alcohol options for them to purchase separately.

This approach not only ensures compliance with state laws but also offers a cost-effective solution for our clients, ​allowing each client to take any remaining drinks home after the events.

While standard bars often charge around $50 per person, our rates are lower because we do not sell alcohol in our ​service packages, this makes our mobile dry bar services an affordable and flexible option for your event.

Our packages include cost for licenses, permits, staff, travel, equipment, and insurance. Which is why half the ​deposit is due at the time of booking and the rest is due 30 days before the event.

*We offer add-on services from custom signs, photography, custom shot glasses and more.

*Our packages are customizable, prices are subject to change due to service requests.

*Please note some venues limit the services we are legally allowed to provide.

*As part of our service we will package all remaining alcohol in our complimentary tote bags.

*All deposits are non-refundable.

*Cancellation/Rescheduling details are outlined in our contracts.
